These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Caartl's website, mobile applications, and vehicle inspection services (collectively, the "Platform").

By booking an inspection, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Caartl provides vehicle inspection services, including pre-purchase inspections, auction inspections, and related reporting. Inspection reports reflect the condition of a vehicle at the time of inspection only and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of the vehicle's future condition or performance.

• Bookings are confirmed once the required details are submitted and, where applicable, payment or a deposit is received.
• Prices shown for inspection packages are inclusive of any applicable VAT, displayed at checkout and on your invoice.
• Rescheduling or cancellation must be requested with reasonable notice; late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

You agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact information, ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location, and review your inspection report promptly. Caartl is not responsible for delays or incomplete inspections caused by inaccurate information or restricted access to the vehicle.

Caartl performs inspections using reasonable skill and care, but inspection reports are based on a visual and operational assessment at a single point in time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caartl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from decisions made based on an inspection report.

Caartl reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms, provides fraudulent information, or misuses our services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Caartl operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
